TERMS & CONDITIONS
By placing an order with The Boxery at www.The Boxery.com you agree to accept our terms and conditions of trade. For the purposes of this Agreement, the terms "We," "Us," and "Our," refers to The Boxery. "Product" and "Goods" refers to all products available for sale at this site including but not limited to "Shipping Supplies", "Packaging", "Janitorial Supplies" & "Office Supplies". "You" and "Your" refers to you, as a customer of this site.

GUARANTEES & REFUNDS
We offer a 30 day money back guarantee on all Products for any reason. If you change your mind about a Product you must first contact us at 877-T-BOXERY for a Return Authorization Number and additional instructions. Write the Return Authorization Number/Order Number on the outside of the package. Providing the item is in perfect condition, in its original packaging we will refund the purchase price minus the delivery costs or exchange it, whichever option you prefer. All merchandise must be returned to us by registered mail with a tracking number assigned, we are not liable for non-receipt of goods and we will not issue refunds or exchanges for goods not received. If The Boxery or the manufacturer is at fault, The Boxery will send you a UPS ARS label to return the product free of charge. Call The Boxery Customer Service at 877-T-BOXERY for the return label and for help obtaining a replacement item. Otherwise you will be responsible for shipping charges.

DELIVERY
We ship Goods to the Continental United States (excluding APO, FPO PO Box, Alaska, Hawaii & Puerto Rico addresses). We also ship to stateside freight forwarding companies who can ship your order overseas. The Boxery suggests UPS Supply Chain Solutions.

Our normal means of delivery within the US is UPS or FEDEX Ground. We DO NOT have any handling charges; we simply charge the actual UPS Ground rate. This charge is based on weight and can be automatically calculated through our shopping cart. Your goods will be dispatched the same day or the day after the order is placed. It usually takes anywhere from 1 - 5 business days to arrive (excluding weekends and bank holidays). If a product is out of stock We will notify You by email or telephone. You undertake to ensure that delivery information provided by You when ordering is correct, You accept that We can not be held liable for any failure or delay in delivery of Products. Our courier providers deliver Goods from Monday to Friday.

PAYMENTS
Our preferred method of payment is credit or debit card, We offer secure online ordering using industry standard 128 bit encryption. You represent and warrant that if you are purchasing a Product from us using a credit card, all information that You supply is true and accurate. And charges incurred by You will be honored by your credit card company including any applicable taxes or delivery costs. We also accept payment by wire transfer upon request. Goods will be despatched to You once your wire transfer has cleared (allow up to 3-5 business days for bank clearance).

FRAUD PREVENTION
To avoid delays please use the same billing address where Your credit card is registered as Your shipping address, if You provide an alternative shipping address We reserve the right to cancel Your order and ask You to pay for Goods using other methods. If You provide an alternative shipping address We reserve the right to ask You to provide your card's Bank customer service phone is required. If we believe that a fraudulent transaction has taken place We will cancel Your order immediately and pass Your details to the police, We will notify You in writing about our concerns before taking action.

We make no representations as to the accuracy of such information and accept no liability for any inaccuracies and/or any other errors and omissions that may occur. You agree and accept that we cannot be held liable for any losses resulting from purchases. These terms & conditions may be amended at any time without prior notice. We accept no liability for any losses or claims that may arise from Your inability to access www.The Boxery.com or any interruption which results in failure to complete an online transaction. We cannot guarantee that www.The Boxery.com is free from infection including without limitation computer viruses.

INDEMNITY
You agree to indemnify, defend and hold Us harmless and each of our officers, shareholders, employees, partners, sponsors, agents, attorneys, representatives, subsidiaries, affiliates and successors collectively from all liabilities, losses, damages, claims and expenses that in any way arises out of or relates to a purchase, breach or violation of this Agreement.

You hereby acknowledge and agree that all trademarks, product names, company names and logos appearing on this website are the Intellectual Property and Copyright of their respective owners. You may not copy, download, reproduce, republish, broadcast, transmit in any manner whatsoever, any material on the www.The Boxery.com website except as is strictly necessary for Your own personal use..

LEGAL JURISDICTION
This Agreement will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, the courts of which shall have non-exclusive jurisdiction in relation to any disputes which may arise. This does not affect Your statutory rights under US law.
